Incentive: His incentive would be his own safety, to return to Laureline and to ensure he's able to get to the bottom of what is going on in Alpha.

Threat Level: Medium-High: Valerian is a highly trained, specialized and valued soldier. He is a bit whimsical and doesn't always follow the rules to a T but he respects his position and superiors. Valerian seeks to do the right thing and directly defies orders at points when they do not adhere to his moral code (he sides with the people of Mül and against the highest ranking officer in the movie). His goal throughout the movie is to be able to finish his mission and take Laureline to a beach to relax. While he's quite good at his job, he usually tries his best to have minimal impact.

There would be no reason that he would be violent in Piraeus. He'll enjoy what he'll call a vacation and have no motive for doing anything harmful.
